We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for the forthcoming season. Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Helping the Sous chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Core Skills:
• Good cooking skills
• A cool head
• An ability to delegate appropriately
• Organisational flair
• A grasp of profit margins
• Health and safety and food hygiene courses
Hours: 42 over 6 days, weekends included on a shift basis

Live in accommodation available. Own transport is essential for live out positions due to the infrequent bus service
