In this role, you will:
• Build relationships with customers over the telephone by either inbound or outbound calls, primarily to discuss their current and future financial needs and requirements and also to support sales campaigns.
• Identify wealth, foreign exchange and lending needs of our customers; referring to the appropriate parties as/when appropriate.
• Recognise the potential for Premier referrals and wealth sales referring to the appropriate parties as/when appropriate
