Key responsibilities:
• To clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.
• Ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned and in top condition for new arrivals and existing guests
• Liaising with Reception when rooms are ready for guests
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Organization and attention to detail, working quickly and efficiently within the minimum time
• Check the general condition of the rooms and notify the Head Housekeeper of any maintenance issues malfunctions or damage.
Hours: 42 over 6 days - weekends included
Shift: 07.30-15.30 or 08.30-16.30 on a rotating basis
Live in accommodation available if required. Own transport is essential for live out positions due to the infrequent bus route
