We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Customer Service Advisor.
In this role, you will:
• Contribute to ensuring all customer needs are met, by offering a reliable and responsible service to new and existing customers
• Providing leadership to the front of house Customer Service Officers, contributing to an efficient and customer driven environment
• Effective use of Management Information (MI) to assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
