The Shelter Trust is seeking to recruit a permanent Support Worker to join its existing team. In applying for this role, candidates will need to be available to work as part of a rota; which due to the nature of the services provided will include working days and nights.
The successful candidate will provide a range of care and support for homeless and formerly homeless vulnerable adults and young adults. You will need to be able to respond to the diverse, changing needs and circumstances of the Trust’s service users. Previous experience in a similar environment would be ideal, but most important is the ability to build relationships that are caring, supportive and non-judgemental.
