The Sandwich Production Supervisor must be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic ‘hands on’ approach to food production and will be responsible for a small staff producing quality assembly of sandwiches and snacks at La Collette, St Helier. He or she must be experienced in supervising and motivating staff, meeting quality standards, manage exacting stock control and working to exacting schedules. Terms of Reference are available upon application. Smoking is not permitted on any part of the premises or estate.
The successful applicant must have experience in food preparation, and have qualification in supervising food safety in catering. Experience of IT, staff management, and stock control are pre-requisites for this position. Training will be given. Excellent communication skills are key.
Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week over 6 days, weekends included
