Job Purpose and Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for the day-to-day accounts of the CPT
• Resolving customer queries
• Liaising with outside agencies
Essential Knowledge, Qualities and Experience Required:
• Knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise, cope with multiple demands and pressures and work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with the public with professionalism and empathy at all times
• Self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to work individually or as part of a small team within a friendly working environment
• Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
