The candidate will have a wealth of wine and beverage practical experience and knowledge and a real passion for delivering excellent service.
Liaising with the House and Restaurant Manager you will to be responsible for the day to day running of the bar areas. Ordering and maintaining stock levels as per budgets. Maintaining accurate records and imparting knowledge to further develop the F and B Service team. Pride in your appearance and that of the clubhouse Bar are essential. You will always be smartly turned out.
- Previous experience on POS till systems.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Good wine and spirits and cocktail knowledge
- Relevant Professional qualifications and References required
All the above are essential pre-requisites. This is a no smoking environment. An excellent opportunity for career advancement. This is a 42 hour week over 6 days with some split shifts.
