Clinical Receptionist/Administrator at Jersey Sports and Spinal Clinic

We are seeking a well-presented, friendly individual who will be the first point of contact for clients of our busy clinic in St Helier. As well as reception duties you will also be responsible for a variety of operations, administrative and ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of our practice. You will have some experience in reception and administration work, ideally within a medical environment. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Hours: 12 Days per Week: 3 afternoons but the job holder will also be required to provide cover for sickness and holidays Start Date: 06th May 2014
