Requirements:
- experience in a similar role within well established busy hospitality environment;
- aware of all regulations concerning health and safety, food safety, hygiene, fire safety, HACCP etc.;
- highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative;
- willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and concepts;
- good team player and team leader able to motivate and supervise people;
