Demi Chef at Pomme D'Or Hotel

We are looking for a candidate who is open minded to change, grow in confidence and move forward following the trends and styles of our company. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of HAACP and be able to maintain a good knowledge of food safety. Any professional cooking qualifications at NVQ Level is an advantage but not essential as training is given on the job to fit our concept. The ideal Demi Chef should be able to prioritise workloads and have worked in high pressure environments. Experience in hot production and buffet hot food is essential, preparation and creation of 2 dishes to 2 Rosette standards an advantage. The Demi Chef will need to have 2 years experience working within a professional kitchen preferable in a multi outlet hotel. Hours: 40 over 5 days (Weekends included)
