Duties:
Handle Jersey and Guernsey self catering holiday enquiries and bookings by email, telephone and direct contact.
Interact with clients, accommodation owners and other service providers
General office duties to include all aspects of holiday reservations management, cash handling, banking and stock ordering.
Social networking including Facebook, Twitter and others.
Minimum requirements:
An extensive and thorough local knowledge is absolutely essential.
Experience in Excel and Word essential.
Professional, confident, friendly and especially helpful manner with clients, accommodation owners and service providers absolutely essential.
Ability to work, unsupervised at times, in a small, busy office.
Hours: 20 hours per week, 5 mornings preferred but can be flexible. Hours to include three Saturday mornings out of four between 9am and 1pm.
