Veterinary Receptionist at All Pets Veterinary Centre

The role of receptionist is critical to the smooth running of the practice and to our new clients’ first impressions on telephoning and visiting the surgery. The receptionist will be responsible for the prompt and efficient answering of the telephone and dealing with client appointments. The receptionist will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the reception and front house area. He/she will also help maintain stock levels, be responsible for the vaccination reminder program, promote pet care products and food items and ensure the provision of up to date information for clients in the waiting area. Hours: 25 - 30 Days per Week: 5 Shift: 8.30am - 1.30/2.30pm Start Date: Immediate
