Job Description:-
- To assist the Manager with all aspects of the bars and catering operation at the Opera House, ensuring profitability by maximising revenue and controlling costs
- It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working a management role in a catering, hospitality or customer focused industry
- Knowledge of beverages and the preparation of food
- Ability to develop and supervise staff efficiently
