We are seeking an organised and well presented individual for the daily running of the Castle Quay development on St Helier’s Waterfront, responsible for managing a small estate team and their activities, rotas and shift patterns to ensure the needs of residents, commercial operators, visitors and the public are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The role will involve on-call cover and weekend working on a rota basis and therefore your own transport is essential. A full clean driving licence is required as forklift training will be given to provide for staff cover as necessary.
Hours: 47.5
Days per Week: 5.5 (Weekends included)
Shift: Typical shift pattern, one Saturday in every four weeks
