AIS EMEA IT is charged with providing IT services to eight jurisdictions (Jersey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Luxemburg, London, Guernsey, Ireland, New York) servicing an increasingly sophisticated client base which is becoming more demanding of technical support capabilities. IT are often required to design and provision technical support services as part of the process of winning client mandates.
This role is critical to the overall success of the AIS EMEA business working to develop new client opportunities and maintain existing business relationships.
This is a senior role within the local IT management team but also in the context of AIS IT, being able to respond to initiates that are raised centrally by the wider State Street Group is critical.
