An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Head Chef for the Beach House Bar and Restaurant, located in Ouaisne Bay, St Brelade. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role.
The role will involve food preparation, cooking and kitchen service, organising staff rotas, stock takes, stock control, monitoring staff, meeting food costs.
The Beach House is closed to the public and mostly used for parties and weddings at present. Most of the functions are on a Friday and Saturday. Accommodation may be available. Wages are paid monthly plus tips.
Hours: 44 over 5 days (Weekends included)
