Bento Sushi is looking for an individual who would be passionate about Japanese and Asian cuisine, to work in a busy kitchen as a wok chef.
You would need to be willing to broaden your knowledge on Japanese and Asian food. Previous experience as a wok chef is essential as well as good knowledge of HACCP and minimum of level 2 certificate in food and safety.
Hours: 45
Days per Week: 6 (Weekends included)
Shifts: Working shifts are usually straight from 14:00 – 21:00, but we will need you to be flexible.
