To make this new and exciting venture complete we require the skills of a fully qualified Chef with an excellent knowledge of Romanian cooking and also a flair for international cuisine and pastries. The candidate must have had 5 years chef experience and be able to back up this experience, with references. We are looking for a passionate chef who will work closely with the management in the design of menus. The candidate must have food hygiene certificate to level 3 and ideally be HACCP trained. Gustul Casei will be the very first Romanian style restaurant in Jersey and will offer the opportunity to establish a reputation within the islands gastronomic community. It is our aim to formulate a great working team of individuals who wish to make our business a success based not only on hard work but also to maintain a good work/life balance.
