The purpose of this role is to assist the team with the planning and administration of audit assignments. Ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audit engagements under supervision and may be responsible for undertaking small non-complex audits including pre-audit scoping, identifying audit risks and performing preliminary evaluation of the client’s internal control structure. They will assist with preparation of simple financial statements or review of client prepared financial statements and other management reports to develop understanding and increase knowledge of various entities and accounting issues.
Ideal candidate will have good communication, interpersonal, planning and organising skills, ability to solve simple problems, displays analytical thinking ability. Must be willing and able to undertake a relevant accounting professional qualification.
