Applications are invited for the position of the Chief of Staff to the Lieutenant-Governor and Deputy Receiver General which will become vacant on the retirement of the current post-holder in October, 2014.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the Lieutenant-Governor with full executive and administrative support and advice in his role as The Queen’s Representative. Applicants should have an understanding of the Bailiwick of Jersey and experience of serving in a post with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
Military experience at Major to Colonel level or the equivalent ranks/grades in the other Services and Civil/Diplomatic Service would be advantageous.
