We are looking for an individual with a passion for health and fitness and the skill set to be able to offer a concierge mentality of service. As one of the 'faces' of Healthhaus you will be responsible for looking after member, guests and visitors who will expect nothing short of perfect service.
Duties will include:
• Dealing with all member, prospect and visitor enquiries
• Using CRM software to record member attendance and run the booking system for the fitness services staff (training will be given but previous computer experience of using computers is essential)
• Answering phone calls and replying to emails
• Handling money, including cashing up at the end of your shift
• Being responsible for reception area, retail area and members lounge (including opening and closing of the facilities)
• Assisting members in the lounge area; including taking food orders
