Our Reservations and Events team is looking for a friendly, courteous and motivated individual to join them.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, keen to take on new challenges and committed to providing a courteous and professional service to our guests, with an excellent telephone manner and great attention to details.
Reporting to the RandE Manager, duties will include ensuring that all events and groups facilities are sold to the best advantage of the hotel, with bookings being handled efficiently and communicated effectively to all the people concerned, whilst ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role and establishment and working on Delphi is essential.
Ideally, you will have groups and reservations experience and comfortable in using Opera, although training will be given.
Hours: 37.5 over 5 days
