- To wash all crockery, utensils and pans
- Daily clean of all kitchen areas
- Deep clean of kitchen equipment
- Keep the stores neat and tidy
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
- Report falling equipment to Supervisor
- Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
- Provide porter support with deliveries
- Accept training to enable safe completion of duties
- To respect and fulfil all policies relating to food hygiene
- To adhere to all policies including Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities
- To undertake all ad hoc duties as required by the Head Chef and the Theatre Director
