The Client Services Manager role is based within HSBC Technology and Services, IT Operations develops, implements and manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical to day-to-day operations for HSBC customer and user IT services, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved quickly to provide optimum levels of service with sufficient capacity, resilience and security. The division provides optimised and cost efficient hardware, system software, middleware and databases in support of the services that are delivered from its data centres over both voice and data networks to desktops and other end-user devices throughout our business.
