To act as an Ambassador and face of the hotel to all its guests and visitors. You will be available and approachable at all times providing all aspects of service within the hotel, mostly within the front of house department. Duty Management will be part of the job role where strong skills in complaint handling and problem resolution will be needed. You will support the front desk team in providing a hospitable, courteous and professional service to guests at all times, ensuring the greatest standard of Guest Care. Working within a team, alongside other departments and using your own initiative is essential within the role. Ideally you will have hotel experience or customer service related roles, but personality and aptitude are more important, as we will provide full training.
Hours: 40 over 5 days (Weekends included)
