Main Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations)
- Credit control
- Completing GST, ITIS and Social Security returns
- Processing staff timesheets and payslips (2 employees)
- Liaising with company’s accountant, responding to accounts related queries by email and over the phone
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- General office admin and database updates
This position will suit an experienced and well-organised bookkeeper, with very good attention to details.
Hours: Between 12 and 20
Days per Week: 5
