We are currently seeking an experienced communications and marketing expert to join this team in the role of Customer Communication Manager.
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for setting mandatory comms strategy, overseeing and coordinating the end to end delivery of related customer communications i.e.direct mail, email, SEM, brochure ware, regular comms. etc
• Translation of the business brief into compelling creative/comms brief. Linking in with Group Legal and HBIB Compliance as well as managing third party creative agencies and print and fulfilment suppliers. Ensuring effective processes are developed and implemented that enable the delivery of timely, cost-effective and compliant customer focused communications
