Looking for experienced Head chef (to work in fresh food kitchen) to establish a brand new medium sized team. Full kitchen management required. Budgeting menus. Excel experience would be useful.
Full Health and Safety qualifications essential. Typically a 45 hour working week but depending on business any extra hours worked will be given as time in lieu so must be flexible.
