Building Services Project Manager required for 2 year contract based in Guernsey. A number of new Building Services Installation contracts have been secured by AFM and we require an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our existing team of Chartered Building Service Managers and coordinate all technical design issues and liaise daily with professional team members and connected design parties. This is a 2 year contract and will require flexible working participation by the individual to suit the contract requirements and timeframes.
Requirements:- City and Guilds HNC in a building service design discipline; Member of the CIBSE; AutoCAD and system coordination experience; Experienced with UK turnkey projects; Design experience; Site management of supervisors and sub-contractors; Management of client expectations; Shift work to coincide with Project conditions.
