We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to become a part of our dynamic team.
As a Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to work closely with our head chef in order to organise the preparation, cooking and presentation of fresh seasonal produce. We are very proud of our standard of service and quality of our products and are looking for staff who will share our passion. We are enthusiastic about sourcing produce that is local, seasonal and sustainable. Working under pressure and to maintain a great work ethic and attitude are key to this roll.
