We are looking for individuals with first class customer service skills and fluent German language skills to liaise with our customers via telephone, e-mail and live web chat. You will work collaboratively with fellow team members, other departments and 3rd Party suppliers to deliver upbeat, positive and helpful resolution of customer support questions.
