We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete our kitchen team. Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training the Commis Chef working with you
- Helping the Second Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

- Good cooking skills
- A cool head
- An ability to delegate appropriately
- Organisational flair
- A grasp of profit margins
Hours: 42
Days per Week: 6 on a shift basis
Live In ensuite accommodation is available if required
