We are looking to recruit an Order Capture Operative to join our Jersey team.
As a member of the Telesales team your key purpose will be to ensure all orders across all retail product categories are inputted correctly ensuring at all times that stock is made available or substitution is maintained. Excellent customer service skills are essential and previous telesales experience would be advantageous.
Day to day you will answer incoming calls from customers, proactively deal with queries and from time to time may have to handle customer complaints.
Ideally you will have previous experience working in telesales food service and retail environment. We are looking for people with a real passion and enthusiasm to drive our business forward.
Hours: 37.5 over 5 days
