We are looking to recruit an accountant to provide accounting and administrative support to our group of companies.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have relevant experience in an Accounting/ Company secretarial role.
• Be proficient in drafting and recording minutes of meetings.
The role involves:
• Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
• Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant people.
• Draft board and shareholder resolutions.
