The Admin Assistant is responsible for the accurate recording and logging of Operations Control data and the preparation of Operations Control Reports, completion of adhoc project work as well as other general admin tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving data from Client Operations and other areas and accurately recording such data into data systems and spreadsheet logs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Manipulating the data and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports from the data systems and logs.
Recording data and preparing reports for adhoc requests.
Preparing meeting packs for Operations meetings, Client Operations Manager meetings and Product Committee meetings.
Hours: 35 over 5 days
