The Officer is responsible for the oversight of the recording and logging of Operations Control Real Estate funds Department data and the accurate preparation of Operations Control Reports for Real Estate funds, completion of adhoc project work as well as other general admin tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring the receipt of data from Real Estate Client Operations and other areas and overseeing the accurate recording of such data into data systems and spreadsheet logs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Receiving data from Client Operations and other areas and accurately recording such data into data systems and more complex logs and spreadsheets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Hours: 35 over 5 days
