An experienced and formally trained Pastry Chef with drive and enthusiasm is required to work in our busy kitchen preparing gateau’s, Tarts and Individual pastries. High level of daily output required. This is a permanent salaried position with straight shifts approx. 6.00am to 2.30pm with fixed day off. Applicants must have excellent references and a proven track record in the management of a pastry section including stock management and HandS.
Hours: 48
Days per Week: 6 (Weekends included)
