We are recruiting an experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven experience in a similar role. Posses, excellent customer service skills and is of smart appearance
Key responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of wines and cocktails
• Be responsive and helpful with regard to classic cocktails and expand
• Serve drinks to customers in the lounge bar and restaurant in a friendly and helpful manner
• Taking orders and serving food in the lounge bar
• Has full knowledge of the menu offerings to the guests.
• Communicate with colleagues/guests with regards to beverage orders.
Hours: 42 over 6 days on a shift basis
