We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for the forthcoming season. Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Helping the Sous chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

An ability to delegate appropriately
Organisational flair
A grasp of profit margins
Core skills required:
Health and safety and food hygiene courses
Live in accommodation is available if required. Own transport is essential for live out positions due to the infrequent bus service.
