• dealing with reservations by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
• checking guests in to and out of the hotel, allocating rooms and handing out keys
• preparing bills and taking payments
• taking and passing on messages to guests
• dealing with special requests from guests (booking day trips or storing valuables)
• answering questions about facilities in the hotel and the surrounding area
• Must have at least a minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel reception
• Responsible for reception and porter team whilst on duty
Hours: 42 over 6 days, weekends included
Shift: 8am - 4pm - 3pm 11am
Accommodation: If live in £75 per week
