We are currently looking for an Fand B Manager to run our busy and diverse FandB operation. You will already be in a similar position in a similar size 4 star, 2 rosette environment. You will have experience in all FandB areas ranging from Fine Dining to extensive Conference and Banqueting, able to manage payroll costs in accordance with budgetary requirements and ensure constant stock controls to run an efficient and cost effective operation. Ability to train and performance manage is essential as you must be able to coach and develop your teams to deliver a service with confidence and pride. You will be able to plan effective reviews/appraisals in order to ensure individuals within your team continuously develop and perform to their best.
Hours: 42.5 over 5 days, weekends included
