This role is to assist our current manager to run and manage the store in a day to day basis. Hours can be arranged to suit potential candidates but candidates must be available to work on some Saturdays. Tasks would include: Perform support tasks such as jewellery merchandising, displays, cleaning, minor repairs, product ordering, inventory, contacting customers, gift wrapping, etc.
Candidates must have strong abilities to work on own initiative.
Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers. Related customer service experience required.
Previous retail experience and fine jewellery knowledge preferred although training will be given. Experiences and skills in jewellery making would be an advantage.
Hours: 8 - 16 (including some Saturdays)
Shift: Flexible but some Saturdays required
