We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager for our extremely busy call centre based in St Brelade! Previous experience in online retail is essential.
Skills and Attributes required for the role:
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, and knowledge of current operating systems and office suites
Able to work independently with attention to detail
Able to respond to stressful situations and customers in a professional, courteous manner
Excellent organizational skills
Able to write reports, document findings, and procedures, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, CS team and customers
Hours: 40
Days per Week: 5 (Weekends included)
Start Date: Immediate
