As a Customer Services Assistant you will be part of a team responsible for making the customer experience the best that it can be. Answering customer queries makes up a large part of your role, keeping you in regular contact with them either by phone, email, or live chat. It is also your responsibility to keep up to date with all products, services and procedures. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
