The successful candidate will be able to:
Meet, greet and attend to customers in a friendly welcoming manner while maintaining the high quality of service expected by the Hotel
Ensure the work stations are kept in good order
Obtain a full working knowledge of the products on the menu
Recommend a suitable wine with each dish
Ensure account procedures are followed so that bills are dealt with promptly and accurately
Ensure safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
Be prepared to work flexible shifts and weekends
5 Years residency is preferable but not essential.
