Customer Service Agent at Jersey Post

Jersey Post Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Agent. This role will be the point of contact for Jersey Post Group customers and will respond to their enquiries and complaints. The successful candidate should have at least a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Customer Service position within a commercial environment. The post holder must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, proven customer services skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Call centre experience will be an advantage. Candidates must have five year’s residency.
