As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering our service agenda from the front. managing a large team, you will ensure that everyone knows what's expected of them in your area of responsibility. As an advocate of great customer service you will share your passion through excellent communication and organisational skills, delivering a first class customer experience through your team.
Responsible for safeguarding the business brand alongside legislative requires, you will be measure against customer feedback and audit compliance. Reporting into the Service manager, you will form part of the Management team and play a pivotal role in influencing the overall store performance and engagement.
