You will assist the Document Management Team within Barclays Operations Jersey and report directly to the Document Management Team Leader. The Team are responsible for the filing and maintaining of all Client correspondence and minutes files, scanning of documents into the Document Management System, tracking and controlling all Deeds and CDD files, organise for delivery and pick-up of archive boxes as per the Clients request, assisting the team with various projects such as property critical updates, payments back scanning etc.
Hours: 35 over 5 days
