The co-ordinator will liaise with clients, suppliers and any relevant employees of the Hotel to ensure all events are co-ordinated and run in a timely efficient professional manner. It is the co-ordinator’s responsibility to deliver excellent customer care ensuring customer service that satisfies and exceeds client’s expectations. The co-ordinator will maximise sales revenue at every opportunity and provide accurate and effective communication of booking information between all associated parties.
Hours: 40 over 5/6 days
A.M. 9.00 - 5.00 but must be able to work outside of these hours to ensure events run smoothly
